2nd Shift 4pm- 12(midnight) Location(s): CHIP PLANT As a PMO, you will operate a packing machine efficiently and with precision by using the proper program and set-up. You will also maintain quality and safety standards, as well as completion of the proper documentation. Areas of Responsibilities: DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES :Ensure proper registration, bag fill, and cutChoose the correct program for the product neededComplete film changeovers in a timely manner with minimum cellophane wasteEnsure that the equipment is running at the proper speedComplete necessary safety checks (metal detector) and complete required documentationEnsure that the proper documentation is completed WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform weekly and weekend cleaning on equipment and surrounding areasWork with cleaning chemicalsAlways utilize all required PPE OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform any added duties as assigned by supervisionAttend required training sessionsWork overtime, as requiredFollow GHP (Good Housekeeping Practices), as well as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Work towards attaining and maintaining GFSI & BRC certifications Education and Experience: Required: GENERAL EDUCATIONABILITY TO FOLLOW VERBAL AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AND COMMUNICATON Preferred: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENTADVANCED SCHOOLING Job Posted by ApplicantPro
