A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP The typical schedule for this customer service position is 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8:00 am -5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. As a CSR / Customer Service Rep, you ensure that our clients are heard and their issues are solved. Using your in-depth knowledge of our services, you easily match our services to each client's unique needs. Because of your positive personality and friendly demeanor, you effortlessly build trust and develop strong relationships with our clients. Thanks to your rockstar interpersonal skills, you turn a simple phone call into a booked service call. Your customer-service skills can't be beaten! You fit right into our goal-oriented office environment. You shine as you answer the phone, schedule follow-ups, and complete other necessary administrative tasks. You spend time managing Review Buzz to ensure timely customer reviews. We also depend on your excellent management of video copy and filing procedures for prompt retrieval and review. QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Previous HVAC Dispatching experience highly desired!
