Principal Duties & Responsibilities Team member support Software installations New computer setup Network account maintenance Software and hardware troubleshooting/repair Training assistance for technical classes Secondary phone administration Familiarity with Windows XP/7 and Office 2003/2010 suite Technical documentation After hours support when needed Skills & Abilities Required Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external contacts Problem solving skills to analyze root cause of software and hardware problems Strong customer service focus Strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge. WDS and WSUS knowledge is a plus Basic networking knowledge is a plus Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Minimum Level of Preparation & Training Required BS degree in Computer Science or related field 0-2 years experience
