This individual will be responsible to produce fresh, nourishing, tasty scratched baked products that meet our residents and catering needs and helps us to meet our objective to "Inspire the art of living well". Qualifications: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year experience in baking and pastry production. Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, a baking and pastry certificate, or a combination of education and experience is preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English. Must be sanitation certified under the State of Oregon Food Safety program and a food handlers card.
