The Mobile Service Director designs, builds, and leads a teams comprised of mobile technicians across several markets to deliver financial results. The Mobile Service Director works closely the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to develop sales and marketing plans to achieve financial results. The Mobile Service Director works closely with the Fleet Advisor to ensure that operations delivers PM and DOT compliance for Fleet Partners. The Service Director ensures that commercials vehicles are maintained and repaired quickly and correctly. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Positive and friendly attitude Well-mannered and sincere Strong Time management and goal setting skills Self-starter with the discipline to focus on building and developing teams Strong desire to help develop others to deliver consistent results Ability to build and communicate plans clearly Positive tone and knows how to drive a conversation Attention to detail Comfortable holding others accountable for performance Ability to understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications Qualification Profile Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
