The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is hiring a full time Case Manager/ Vocational Evaluator to work out of our Center for Industrial Training facility in Mechanicsburg. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Intake Supervisor, this staff member will orient, direct, supervise, and evaluate all individuals referred and accepted into the evaluation program, as well as maintain a caseload of individuals receiving job training and support. Assumes responsibility for assigned caseload not to exceed 45 individuals. Participates in the Individual Support Plan process, development, implementation and review. Ensures that recommendations, behavior plans, vocational plans , action plans, etc. are being implemented and followed internally. Hours are Monday through Friday, day time hours. No overtime and no on-call responsibilities Benefits Full time position starting at $15.67 per hour. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in a human services field plus one year working with a disabled population; or, Associates degree in a human services field with three years of experience (Includes volunteer experience and college internships). About CPARC The mission of CPARC is to empower, inspire, and educate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and the community. The Center for Industrial Training (CIT) is CPARC's vocational training program. CIT is a community-based program whose primary mission is to serve the needs of individuals with vocational challenges.
