Job Description: The Vice President of Client Service position is responsible for day-to-day processing and support of assigned clients. This individual is responsible for support and review of all performance and processing metrics for clients. Strong communication skills, detailed data analytics and ability to operate independently and within a group are critical skills. The position requires an ability to be very organized and work with numbers using excel. Position r eports to S VP of Client Services Key job tasks may include (but will not be limited to): Identifies and updates key Metrics for Clients: Reviews and understands Insurance Discovery Performance Reports for Client Understands all processing metrics for Client. File related issues (making sure files processes correctly and manage variances) Back-end processing (works to improve business metrics including Bill Rate and Conversion of returns) Manges Implementations and Conversions for Client: Is the lead for the Client when making changes or onboarding new Clients Coordinates internal efforts to make sure tasks are done timely. Client Support: Meets regularly with Client. Able to communicate with decision makers. Ability to understand the Client revenue cycle is a must. Works with the users of Medlytix data i.e., billers, developers of files, and IT Controls research and analysis of Client requests Must have the ability to understand Medlytix products and guide resolution to questions. Client Documentation: Responsible for internal documentation of notes and overall ticket coordination and documentation Minimum qualification: Clear understanding of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Previous Client Services support or direct experience in healthcare . Experience working with Mangers or above in healthcare. Preferred qualification: Strong data analytics, Excel Experience with JIRA Knowledge of Healthcare systems i.e., EPIC, Cerner etc. Policy and/or Regulatory Requirements: As a condition of employment, incumbent will be subject to all applicable Medlytix policies and procedures and as applicable subject to Medlytix's and/or business entity's policies and procedures. Violation of Medlytix's or business entity's policies and/or procedures or applicable State or Federal laws and/or regulations may lead to disciplinary action (including, but not limited to possible termination of employment, personal fines, civil and/or criminal penalties, etc.). Must complete Medlytix's and applicable business entity's training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy and security relating training no later than the start date or as required by business entity. Must maintain a status on any Medlytix and/or business entity's training requirements. A post offers criminal background check.
