Duties and Responsibilities Work with Compliance Manager on developing or implementing procedures, and practices directly related to the management of the bank. Identify and resolve compliance issues. Stay abreast of changes in governmental and financial laws and regulations. Assist with the bank's compliance-related programs, such as BSA/AML. Support compliance oversight of bank strategic partnerships. Perform periodic consumer loan reviews. Assists with preparing annual risk assessments for all compliance-related areas of the bank. Review bank marketing and advertisements materials to ensure compliance with associated compliance laws and regulations. Assist with the bank's compliance training program. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English in a professional environment Ability to function independently within a multi-task environment Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and calendar systems Efficient and very well organized Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and concisely Finance or Banking compliance background preferred Job Posted by ApplicantPro
