YOUR DAY AS A PLUMBING FIELD MANAGER As a Plumbing Field Manager, you play a crucial role in our plumbing projects. Each day, you oversee a team of journeyman plumbers, assigning tasks, reviewing progress, and providing guidance to them. You lead by example, setting high standards for quality workmanship and safety. Throughout the day, you monitor the progress of multiple projects, ensuring that they are on schedule and within budget. You collaborate closely with project managers, field technicians, and our customers to address any challenges that arise.
