Job Summary: VectorCSP is looking for an individual to provide technical support services to assist the U.S. Coast Guard's C5ISC BOD-AIB in providing Technical Authority oversight for C5I acquisitions . This position will perform comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis; provide implementation support; and participate in system and platform sustainment planning ; manage technical data and Engineering Changes, develop operator and maintenance training, support coordination with diverse stakeholders, recommend and submit technical solutions, and maintain system configuration and documentation. Requirements: Must have an active Top Secret clearance Education and Experience: HS Diploma Technical experience with acquisition program support Essential Duties: Provide technical cross functional support to the C5ISC BOD-AIB and will be able to perform the programmatic engineering, acquisition, technical system, and logistics support requirements for any Acquisition asset PMO under the BOD-AIB technical authority representation . This support will assist in a seamless transition of maintenance support and identifying shortcomings in the existing maintenance support processes. Attending meetings at various USCG locations, as required . Participate in various technical Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Working Groups (WGs), as well as supporting and assisting the preparation of Electronic Systems Enterprise Determinations and Findings (D&F) documentation to standardize C4ISR systems and components. Review and provide valid recommendations of C4ISR Operational, System and Technical Architectures; surface electronic system specifications; C4ISR Operational Logistics Support Plans (OLSPs), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), and Electronics Integrated Logistics Support Plans (EILSPs); support Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reviews. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: K nowledge and experience in providing programmatic support Understanding of the acquisition principles involved with performance-based acquisition Knowledge of vessel and systems development processes Ability to develop and manage technical system specifications and plan asset and system sustainment VectorCSP is a Federal contracting small business based out of North Carolina.
