Currently Hiring for: Full-time, Part-time & PRN positions; 2nd shift (2p - 10p) and 3rd NOC (10p - 6a) shift $1,000 Sign-on Bonus & shift differential for weekend, 2nd & 3rd shifts ($1.00/hr extra for 2nd & $2.00/hr extra for overnight) Same Day Pay, free meals, tuition assistance, and retention bonuses! What will you do as a Care Partner? Support residents in their daily activities by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents. Encourage and assist with activity programs If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! Good verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Current caregiver training/certification as specified by a state agency is a plus but not required Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain A CNA certificate is a plus but not required Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
