Long Cove Club is seeking servers to join our team in our Hilton Head Island Premier Private Country Club. Our servers are responsible for enhancing the member experience by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service. We are seeking friendly and attentive servers who enjoy providing the best member experience, while thriving in our fast-paced and welcoming environment. Previous customer service experience is required Thursday - Sunday and Holiday availability is required Starting pay $18.00+ per hour, DOE Hiring full time, part time and summer/event staff Long Cove Club Additional Benefits: Long Cove Club is proud to provide highly competitive benefits to better meet the needs of ALL our employees including: FREE employee meals! Effectively use POS system (JONAS) to ensure accuracy of food and beverage orders. Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by anticipating and prioritizing our members' needs. Maintain knowledge of our menu to make suggestions for members based on their unique preferences. Prepare and collect checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Complete side work prior, during and after shift. Additional duties as assigned. Server Requirements: Positive attitude and ability to maintain calm demeanor Flexible schedule to support private events Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised High School Diploma Long Cove Club is proud to be a DFWP and an EOE workplace.
