Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass a pre-employment drug and background check Ability to lift up to 100 lbs 4+ years of experience in HVAC Installation Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to work with hand and power tools Must be able to communicate effectively with clients Must have completed HVAC Certification through trade school Possess a Universal EPA Certification Possess both written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow directions as given, written and verbal NATE Core Certification Ability to supervise, train, and lead a crew of installers and apprentices Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions
