Description:
Facilitate Agency's Quality Management of State, Local and Federal regulatory compliance, provide support and assistance to each program in implementation of recommendation. Responsibilities Include but not limited to :Conduct investigations for all programs by interviewing staff, reviewing documentation, completing investigation reports, inputting required information into statewide databases within required timeframe, ensuring documentation of recommendations is received and closing investigations in compliance with regulations.Maintain up to date knowledge of OPWDD regulations along with other Federal and State regulatory standards and policies.Collect, analyze, interpret and document information to support audit/documentation review findings for both internal and external audits.Particpiate in Agency's Incident Review, Human Rights and Research Project Proposal Committees. Job Requirements :Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in related area plus 5 years OPWDD experience necessary.Clean and Valid NYS Driver's License necessary,
