A local HVAC contractor has an immediate opening for HVAC Home Comfort Advisor The HVAC Home Comfort Advisor meets with residential customers in their homes to educate them on how to make their homes more comfortable and fit their needs. Pay: $100,000 - $200,000. Uncapped Commission Sales Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm. Evening and Weekend availability is required based on customer demands. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help customers fix their home comfort problems. Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality Experience / Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass background and drug screen 2+ years of consultative sales experience Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes In-home sales experience desired Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry desired Ability to work evenings and weekends Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills Ability to use company-furnished technology products Excellent communication & follow-up skills Advanced customer service skills Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder, and working in tight spaces (attics & crawl spaces)
