Director of Crisis Stabilization and Recovery

River Edge offers outpatient services at our Bibb, Houston, Monroe, Baldwin, and Fulton County locations. Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups . River Edge is currently seeking a Director of Baldwin County Services. The Director of Baldwin County Services will manage multiple behavioral health and substance abuse programs, to include but not limited to: *Monitor and implement compliance with policies/procedures/guidelines for all funding/credentialing bodies (DBHDD, Medicaid, CARF, etc.....) * Monitoring budgets are met * Monitoring authorizations * Monitor staffing patterns * Monitor productivity * Implement changes in program standards *Load monthly reports into program manager drive by deadline *Monitor all reports are turned in each month (ACT, Crisis Service Center, Clubhouse, ADA CM, ICM) *Monitor training records for all staff *Monitor billing for each program *Attend and participate in all required meetings and committees *Meet with program supervisors weekly *Work in a professional manner with all community partners *Supervise program supervisors for Baldwin Outpatient, Clubhouse, Crisis Service Center, Crisis apartments, Administrative Supervisor for ACT/ICM/ADA CM, and Oconee Crisis Team *Perform other related job duties as required or assigned Required Education and experience Ideal candidate will have a minimum licensure as LAMFT, LMFT, LAPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW and four years of experience in providing behavioral health services. Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Must be willing to perform outreach and networking within the local community Proven ability to handle multiple projects under pressure Must have high level of interpersonal skills, as this position continually requires demonstrated poise, professionalism, tact, and diplomacy Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and the ability to incorporate needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into the organization Exhibits excellent customer relations skills, as evidenced by supportive and constructive communication with all internal and external contacts Understands need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times Job Posted by ApplicantPro
