Stickley - Ecommerce Sales Account Lead For over 120 years Stickley has been a manufacturer of high-end, collector-quality, American-made furniture, and for nearly as many years a furniture retailer, L & J G Stickley. Stickley is the proud employer of almost 900 talented individuals, across three manufacturing facilities, thirteen company-owned Showrooms and partners with over 100 Dealers, who place Stickley product on their Showrooms floors. As a part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an Ecommerce Sales Account Leader to join our team. As the Ecommerce Sales Account Lead, you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class ecommerce experience for Stickley customers within our e-commerce channel as well as nurturing and seeking new opportunities within our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) channel. You will execute on strategic initiatives that will increase sales and brand awareness in the online and OEM space while fostering collaboration among a cross-disciplinary team aimed at delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to lead projects, effectively prioritize, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Execute on the agreed upon ecommerce and OEM strategies, including but not limited to merchandising, logistics, inventory, marketing and pricing Continuously manage, advance and iterate on the current catalog to provide best in class customer experience (descriptions, images, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) Review and understand ecommerce best practices and make recommendations to upstream services like copywriting, photography, etc. to ensure compliance Partner with third-party ecommerce retailers to deliver a consistent brand experience Develop expertise in partner's tools/systems; learn how leverage this technology to deliver business results across order, product and media management Design and manage best practices for optimizing product listings/pages to improve sell-through Partner with third-party OEM retailers to drive orders into our three manufacturing facilities Be primary owner of existing customers while seeking out new customers across brick and mortar, e-commerce or omni-channel Work with internal departments (product development, operations, logistics, service, and sales) to maximize bid package opportunities and when successful mange program(s) to maximize sales Perform and present sales analytics that highlight areas success and inspire action in areas of weakness Qualifications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, plus 3-5 years of Sales Account Management experience Project Management experience and skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
