River Edge is looking for a caring and compassionate person to join our team of dedicated professionals and enjoy a rewarding opportunity to help to improve the lives of others!We are recruiting for a Clinician - Bibb County Mental Health Court. This is a Full Time position and hours will be Monday Friday 8:30 a.m. 5 p.m. Mental Health Court Clinician will assist individuals requiring mental health services who are involved in the criminal justice system in Bibb County that may be eligible for this program. Duties and Responsibilities: The will conduct groups with DUI and Drug Court participants. Provide individual counseling and case management to court participants. Update treatment plans; Complete group notes in CareLogic within 24 hours. May also attend staffing and court for Bibb DUI and Drug Courts on occasion. Functions as a member of Bibb DUI and/or Drug Court Teams. Completes Court Notes weekly for DUI and/or Drug Court staffing. May be required to provide clinical supervision to license eligible staff. Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related area from an accredited college or university AND fully licensed as a LCSW or LPC in the State of Georgia. One year of case management work experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Must be able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individual to appointments. Must have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations. All selected applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test. This position is subject to close at any time once a satisfactory applicant pool has been identified.
