Description:
General Description: Serves the sales department through order entry and order maintenance. This position will serve as the primary contact for order status inquires from Faxon's customers and Sales Team. Reports to: Director of Sales Responsibilities: Entering new orders into ERP and company systems. Serves as the primary contact for order status updates with customers. Verifies customer pricing based on established terms and conditions. Answers OEM and dealer questions regarding purchase orders. Updates price lists for sales team. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer Scrubs the backlog sheet based on received completed items. Works with Finance to ensure accurate pricing on customer invoices. Updates internal databases with account information. Liaise between the Sales Team and Faxon's customers to ensure customer needs are met. Maintains purchase order tracking sheet. Addresses customer questions and helps solves issues. Minimum Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Previous Experience: 3-5 years experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales Associate degree preferred but not required Other Skills: Customer service Excel/Google Sheets Account Coordinator Rev. A Accuracy Quality focus Problem solving Microsoft Office Detailed oriented Professional communication Listening Resolving conflict Analyzing information Multi- tasking Self-directed Ability to work in a faced paced environment
