Come join our team! Job Duties: Serve as the primary subject matter expert on data collection and analysis in support of program reporting efforts. Works independently, sometimes leading a team designing appropriate data models, visualizations, and predictive models to enable decision-making and support strategic goals and objectives. Supporting the development and implementation of methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report progress toward achieving program goals and objectives to assist management in making data driven decisions. Interacts with other analysts to understand processes, develop analysis methodologies, and coordinate ongoing iterative development of analytical products. Qualifications : US Citizen Public Trust security clearance B.A. or B.S. degree in data or business analytics or other relevant subject area in support of the requisite activities described. 5 years of experience in researching, gathering facts, and using analytical techniques and evaluative methods to produce products used to make organizational decisions; developing business facing statistical and data visualization capabilities using tools such as Excel and Tableau. Writing technical processes and in communicating information in a variety of formats and at various levels. Experience in Visual Basic, SQL, Microsoft Excel macros, and Tableau desired COVID-19 continues to significantly impact our employees, families and communities.
