Come join our team! Responsibilities: Provides overall management for individual BPA's. Senior operational staff responsible for day-to-day management of task specific activities. Responsible for leanding and managing teams and interfacing with customers and CORs. Requires strong project management and communication skills, and substantial knowledge regarding task requirements. Oversees ongoing resolution of challenges or problems with task related services and implementation. Maintains ongoing communication other staff involved in task implementation, and updates government client and contractor leadership on progress. Accountable for quality of work, personnel, adherence to timeline and deliverables. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in any field. Advanced Degree (MA, MS) in social sciences is highly desired. A minimum of 10 years work experience in project management, project analysis, design of assessments, design and implementation of performance measurement systems, or strategic planning. Significant portion of work experience in justice or social systems is highly desired. Knowledge of OJP or other justice programs is highly desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.
