Full Time 12pm-8pm Pay: $16.50-17.43 based on experience Job Summary: This position is a Porter position, primarily responsible for cleaning and servicing all assigned interior areas, other than occupied tenant apartments, maintaining them in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. Responsible for major floor care projects, public area cleaning and trash disposal. Additional duties include moving furniture and assisting with room set up as requested. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED), One (1) to three (3) years of housekeeping experience in a long term care community required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent will apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, Strong customer service, Knowledgeable of basic cleaning principles and practices.
