HVAC Apprentice/ Entry Level Installer Wise Heating & Cooling has over 30 years' experience in all phases of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. We have serviced and installed heating and cooling systems in Galena, Sunbury, Centerburg, Delaware, New Albany, Westerville, Worthington, Powell, Lewis Center, and Columbus, Ohio! If you are interested in year-round, consistent work in a growing company, apply today! We are growing and have opening for HVAC Apprentice / Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to come on board with a company that can provide year round work, the opportunity for growth and advancement, and where what you do really matters! Primary Job Function : To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Provide the customer with a high-quality experience in a timely manner. Follow the direction of Lead Installer and maintain a can-do, positive attitude! Cross train with Service Technician role; be willing to learn & develop. Pay Scale : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE Work Hours : 7:30 am 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required Benefits : Health insurance, simple IRA with company match, tool allowance, paid holidays & vacation, PTO, career growth opportunities Required Qualifications : Must pass drug and background screens Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Completion of HVAC training highly preferred HVAC experience is preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lb, access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
