This Class A CDL job is a Western 11 run that will have every 7 to 8 days then home for a 48 hour reset. You will be running 3,000 to 3,400 miles per week. You will be hauling freight in an International LT with APU, and Inverter and the freight is 100% no-touch. You can expect to earn $1,650 to $2,000 per week for experienced drivers. Class A CDL truck drivers for this regional run will need to have at least 6 months of experience. Pay: $1,650-$2,000 per week for experienced drivers Location: Salt Lake City, UT (50-mile radius) Job Type: Experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver Home Time: Home every 7-8 days for 48 hour reset Equipment: International truck with automatic transmission and no more than 3 years old Freight: General freight, 100% no-touch freight Experience: 6 months in the last year or 1 year in 3 years Benefits: Major Medical, 401K and Vacation Job Details Pay and home time: We offer our Class A CDL truck drivers weekly home time for more time with your family. You will be running the Western 11 and may need to run outside of those areas based on customer needs. You will be in the truck 7-8 nights per week then home for a 48-hour reset. You will be paid by direct deposit every week and the average pay is $1,650 to $2,000 per week. Duties: As a Class A CDL Truck Driver you will be hauling general freight with a dry van trailer. No endorsements are needed. Our freight is 100% no-touch freight with a good bit of drop and hook to maximize mileage. You can expect to run about 3000-3400 miles per week and will be paid for all miles loaded or empty. The truck must be parked at the local terminal for home time. Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations including driver logs, records of fuel purchases, and mileage records and other records required by law. Perform all duties in accordance with company procedures, and comply with all Federal, State and local regulations for safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle. Equipment Details : International trucks with automatic transmissions. All trucks are equipped with APU's. Our Elog system is Platform Science and works as a phone. Trucks are well maintained with aerodynamic wheels and bobtail skirts to help you earn a monthly fuel bonus. we have a contract with Penske so if the truck breaks down you can keep running freight to your next stop. Orientation: Joining our team as a Class A CDL Truck Driver, we provide travel to orientation by flight or bus (depending on distance), hotel room, and breakfast and lunch are provided. We have orientation on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Per Diem optional (non-taxable) Clean Inspection Bonus Fuel Bonus Program Qualifications: Class A License (CDL-A) Current DOT medical card 6 months of Tractor Trailer experience in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years Hiring solo drivers and pre-made teams Interview Process: You will complete a full Department of Transportation application, we will run all CDL A Driver reports to include PSP, DAC, MVR and employment verifications. Once we have received all reports we will call you with an offer of employment. Once you accept the offer of employment we will schedule an orientation date and get travel to orientation in place. Once you arrive at orientation you will take a pre-employment drug test, a new DOT physical (if needed), and complete a road test. We will go over all company and equipment information. Transportation, single-person hotel room and breakfast and lunch will be provided. You will be paid for orientation.
