The Northside Family YMCA is currently seeking a Dance Program Specialist to help with our camp sports programs this summer! This part time position starts at $12.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We will train you if needed! DUTIES of a Dance Program Specialist Dance Program Specialist should be available to work mornings and/or evenings to help facilitate practices and games. QUALIFICATIONS of a Dance Program Specialist Dance Program Specialist should know the basic rules of the dance, work well with young people, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with parents and children.
