Human Resource Generalist Large, exciting and fast-paced company located in central Delaware with locations in multiple states seeking an Senior HR Generalist for our expanding team. If you have proven success providing guidance to management and employees on human resources issues, employment law, and develop new programs and initiatives to meet management needs, being involved in solving complex HR-related issues, then we have the perfect opportunity to expand your career. Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated, conscientious, and hard-working. Senior HR Generalist Duties: Process, track and file various human resource items such as unemployment claims, exit interviews, 401k elections, compensation changes, job transfers and employee performance. Perform timely and accurate data entry. Generate, analyze and take action on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Prepare accurate, high quality correspondence, reports, memos, forms, presentations, and other needed materials. Interact with department staff as well as provide great customer relations to general public, vendors, and employees including owners, and executive management staff. Assist with benefits and recruiting tasks as needed Provide support and assistance in various other office tasks Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field required A minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience required, Senior HR Generalist preferred SHRM Certifications preferred but not required Exceptional grammar, mathematical, and organizational skills Ability to multitask Excellent execution and follow-through skills Positive, professional attitude and willing to go the extra mile Confident and able to make sound decisions Possess strong problem-solving skills We are a large family owned and operated company.
