While our bartenders are shaking margaritas and mixing cocktails, you're on the move, busily polishing glasses, restocking garnishes, and opening drinks. Although you're not mixing beverages, you have a front-row seat to watching our bartenders in action, and you know there's room for career growth for a quick learner like you! n You are the definition of a "team player," and you jump in and lend a hand wherever you're needed. You're surprised at how quickly the time flies by as you bus tubs from the bar to the dish pit, clean up spills, and replenish napkins.
