Frank Beer Distributors in Middleton, WI is now hiring for a Bilingual Sales Representative. The Bilingual Sales Representative will establish and maintain professional sales relationships with key Hispanic accounts within the assigned territory(s). Responsibilities: Make regularly scheduled sales calls to designated accounts Secure and expand distribution in assigned account base Develop and maintain positive relationships with on and/or off-premise accounts Assist customers with inventory management (product availability, new product placement, stock rotation, promotions, sales trends) Merchandise, stock and rotate product at each account Responsible for money collections on outstanding invoices. Keep up to date on customer credit status Maintain knowledge of product portfolio and promotions Exhibit discipline and resourcefulness to meet/exceed assigned monthly quotas and distribution objectives Participate in sales meetings and on-site trainings Interact respectfully and maintain communication with inter-company departments (merchandisers and delivery drivers) and suppliers Flexibility in hours which include early mornings, evenings and/or weekends Adaptability and ability to assist a variety of internal customer groups and varying personality types on a daily basis Monitor inventory to maintain proper amount based on sales trends, promotions, seasonal changes, and new product placement Utilize point of sale materials, build displays, merchandise shelves, menu cards and permanent signage Conduct staff trainings as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education and Experience: Must be bilingual with Spanish and English High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Two years previous sales experience in related field (distribution, hospitality, supplier or beverage industry) preferred Sales Relief Representative experience preferred Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as persuasion skills Excellent inter-personal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable Ability to work with and communicate with all levels of the organization including merchandisers and delivery team Ability to read and write in English, bilingual Spanish preferred Goal oriented, focused, and assertive Strong knowledge of beer industry and its retail consumers is preferred Intermediate computer skills are required (Microsoft Office) Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Other: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required Ability to acquire and maintain necessary liquor sales persons permit Ability to acquire and maintain any other permits, licenses, etc... that may be required by the Company May need to work evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 160 pounds on an occasional basis Use arms, wrists, hands, grasp, reach We offer a professional, safe and friendly work environment as well as a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay structure.Frank Beverage Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
