Above average skill sets, knowledge & experience in performing plumbing tasks. Utilizing skill sets, knowledge & experience in plumbing issues and the ability to articulate and understand problems and provide solutions. Self motivated worker, demonstrate some leadership experience and the ability to step in on a moment's notice. Must be able to read and understand, architectural & engineering plans, elevations, plumbing and mechanical drawings and wiring schematics. Have a good working knowledge of Fire suppression systems, sprinkler systems, security systems. Must be capable to multi-task and change focus and directions when an emergency situation presents itself. Demonstrates good judgement and has good common sense. Performs a variety of duties as assigned.Responsible for water repair and service to buildings, grounds and equipment. Performance of scheduled preventative maintenance as assigned. Respond to service calls and emergency repairs; completes repairs and documents service. Assist with snow & ice removal on the grounds as needed. Ability to troubleshoot problems and correct. This position will be a key component of the department and it's chemistry.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Trade School Certifications and or Associates Degree College Education
