We are currently looking to hire a dispatcher with a starting pay range between $58,000-$60,000. M Holding Co. has 6 different entities under it including Marco Crane, Mardian Equipment, Mardian Concrete Pumping, Marco Rigging, Mardian Transport, and Technology Testing (a crane operator school). Marco Crane & Rigging Co. is a family-owned multi-state crane rental service company that has been in the valley since 1956, it is large enough to offer a world of opportunity and small enough that you can make a difference. The company is currently in a strong growth pattern and seeking individuals that are experienced in updating processes and embracing automation. We need someone that is experienced in Dispatch. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (schedule flexibility is required). Position requires: Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and execution skills Confidence in working closely with field team and sales team High level of accountability, discipline, and attention to detail Ability to work well with a team Adherence to company policies and procedures Dispatcher Responsibilities include: Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of rental equipment Receive and process customer/sales orders Assist in sizing of equipment for customers and sales team Assist in quoting rates for equipment mobilization Assign specific equipment and operators to orders and create schedules (both daily and long-term) Follow sales commissions program (proper coding for customers and territories) Maintain asset inventory and location status Daily review of submitted quotes Rotating on-call responsibilities Notify manager and Safety Committee of all reported incidents and ensure incident reports and drug/alcohol testing completed Dispatch Administrative Responsibilities include: Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner Review, approve, and process daily operator payroll, documenting errors and inconsistencies Daily matching of orders with completed work tickets Ensure all work tickets are signed by customers Calculate work tickets, verifying quoted pricing Prepare and research credit memos for approval by manager Assist in preparing long-term lease documents per company policy Track and schedule annual inspections of equipment Obtain, file, and monitor required operator documentation Prepare purchase orders as required Benefits Available - We offer excellent benefits, which include: Competitive Salary Medical, Dental and Vision Health Insurance Benefits 8 Paid Holidays per Year 10 Vacation Days- Accrual Based Benefit 2 Personal Days per Year - Accrual Based Benefit 40 hours Sick Leave per Year - Accrual Based Benefit 401(k) Plan with Company Match - Eligible after 30 days of Employment F.S.A. & H.S.A Accounts Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply Only full-time employees eligible Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: Phoenix, AZ 85009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Dispatching: 2 years (Required) Work Location: One location Job Posted by ApplicantPro
