Our McGregor Carefree Living is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our growing and established Assisted Living community in McGregor, MN. We offer rewarding employment, resident-centered care, a team environment, and professional development with a dependable health care company. SCHEDULE: Part-time day opening! SALARY: Starting at $18/hour RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a monthly programming/life enrichment calendar Conduct specialized programming in our secured memory care community Attend events outside of our community Work with various departments and individuals to coordinate functions. QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel and Word; professionalism, well-groomed, attention to detail and customer satisfaction are key to success. Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study. Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. Prior programming experience is desired, healthcare experience is preferred. High school diploma/GED is preferred.
