Access Systems is looking for an enthusiastic professional seeking an exciting career opportunity within a rapidly growing Waukee-based technology company that is one of Iowa's Top Workplaces! This unique opportunity has a diverse range of accounting-related duties and will soon be in our new state-of-the-art headquarters in Waukee! What You'll Be Doing: Post customer payments, research, and validate discrepancies Investigate outstanding issues, interacting with internal teams, customers and vendors to resolve Analyze receivables aging to identify past due balances and assist in the next steps to progress collection efforts Monitor shared inboxes and verify customer and vendor questions are addressed timely Process incoming invoices, making certain all items are processed timely Train to back up other functions within accounts payable and accounts receivable to cover other employee absences and high-volume periods What We're Looking For: Superior attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to type and use 10-key quickly and accurately 2 years of administrative experience or education in an accounting function preferred Software skills required, including experience with Microsoft Excel Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication What We Offer: Full Benefits Package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Matching 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Continuous Training Opportunities Career Advancement Company Events Team Events, Holiday Banquets, and Incentive Trips New state-of-the-art headquarter building to be completed in 2023 with onsite gym, employee lounge, etc. Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Onsite - West Des Moines Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
