As a Digital Media Account Executive, you will speak with key decision makers for Quantum Digital, the digital solutions division of Quantum ePay. The Account Executive will be responsible for growing Quantum Digital revenues through the consultative sale of digital solutions including marketing technology, website development, SEO, digital advertising and more! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiates outbound calls and follows up on warm leads. Understands customer needs and requirements. Closes sales and achieves quotas. Upsells existing client base through new campaigns and expanded offerings. Remains the relationship manager for each new merchant that is boarded. Works between internal departments to assist in client onboarding. Maintains effective professional relationship with customers and internal employees. Works with absolute honesty and integrity and has a team player mentality. Sets priorities and organizes work effectively within general guidelines established by the company. QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years of sales experience in marketing technology, website development, SEO, digital advertising, or a similar field. Strong phone presence and rapport-building skills Track record of over-achieving quota Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills Proficiency with Outlook and CRM software a plus PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience Must have excellent time management skills Strong work ethic with a passion to succeed Organized and efficient to navigate between tasks easily Proven Inside Sales experience Why work here?
