Job Purpose This position provides administrative support to the Sales function to support the strategic growth and development of LH Hayward companies. Essential duties & Success Outcomes Coordinates with outside sales partners including brokers, trade organizations, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers. Collaborating and communicating with others, this position will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers, and the Finance Team to research, document, get approvals, track, monitor and input data in relation to Customer Deductions. Highly attentive with excellent attention to detail, this role verifies and keeps records of Customer Deductions, sales promotions, sales activity, Broker contracts and customer records. Extremely well organized, this role will be the primary contact for Customers and Consumers as well as manage and track the company "info" email and incoming calls. This includes customer complaint logging, routing to the appropriate teams, and responding to the Customer/Consumer. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and organizes and coordinates Retail/Food Service shows and events. Retrieves, compiles, and creates reporting data for presentations, reporting, and professional documents, and tracks various sales initiatives. Assists new customers on board and building and sustains customer relationships. Any other duties as required . Skills, Qualifications & Experience Excellent written and oral communication skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience Excellent proficiency in Microsoft computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word. 1-2 years' experience in customer sales and/or customer service required.
