Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Receptionist.Location: OgdenHours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and every other Friday 8:30am-2pm Expectation for Success: Basic computer knowledge Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish immediate rapport with patients, physicians and staff Demonstrate confidence in handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism during a variety of situations Be willing to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the clinic Responsibilities: Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and prompt manner. Gather patient and insurance information efficiently and accurately. Collect co-pay amounts from the patient at the time of service. Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide information to the appropriate source.
