Seneca View Nursing Facility is seeking a full time evening shift RN Supervisor. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for operational functions for all units for assigned shift, to include but not limited to scheduling, admissions, and assessments and actively supervising the care being provided to residents. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as an RN in New York State; BSN Degree preferred. Experience: Previous experience as Charge Nurse or Assistant Nurse Manager. Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work in stressful situations; possess good oral and written communication skills Licensure: Current NYS RN License, ALS, BLS Certification Physical Requirements: For physical demands of position, including vision, hearing, repetitive motion and lifting environment, see following description.
