Currently, we're looking for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team! Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training of entry-level Service Technicians. Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, overtime as required Pay : $26.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE+ Benefits Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Company Match, PTO, Paid Holidays, Company Vehicle, Phone, Tablet, Uniform, Aflac, Paid Tools Program Responsibilities: Survey and analyze existing equipment for replacement or repair. Troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems. Present findings and options to customers; provide advice and recommendations via clear, accurate, customer-focused verbal & written communication. Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standards while following proper safety procedures. Provide equipment and controls for start-up and commissioning. Identify and suggest system improvement opportunities. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work. Performs related work as assigned. Requirements: At least 3-5 years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC service experience. EPA certified Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Education/Skills/Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to install, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R equipment including packaged units, split systems, boilers, and cooling towers. Ability to follow controls/wiring schematics. Understands and is willing to follow proper safety techniques. Skilled in building strong customer relationships and knowledge/understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations. Excellent organizational skills. Great interpersonal skills. Works well independently.
