Currently, we're looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team! This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a long-term career position with development opportunities! Position Summary : To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance. Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, overtime as required Pay Scale : $20.00 - $29.00/hr, Depending on Experience+ Benefits Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Company Match, PTO, Paid Holidays, Phone Allowance, Uniform, Aflac Required Qualifications : Must pass drug and background screens Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3- 5 years of HVAC installation experience EPA certified Proficient in installing round and rectangular duct Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings Can complete production homes unsupervised and on budget Can complete simple low-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, builders, and other trades Maintain builder and sub-contractors relations Ability to complete all necessary paperwork Able to complete and follow through on change orders Braze line sets Must possess a universal refrigeration license Test line sets Able to supervise others HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
