This job is located in Castroville, TX. Lonestar Comfort Services is a local expert heating and cooling company proudly serving the communities of Castroville, Devine, Hondo, Lytle, and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide our customers with professional and reliable service, and innovative solutions, and offer cutting-edge technology to make their homes smart, comfortable, and efficient.Currently, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you can put your skills to use and be treated like more than just "a number" then we want to hear from you! Primary Job Function : To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training other Service Technicians. Work Hours : 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday, on-call rotation Pay : Up to $35 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs / Commission Based Program Available! Benefits : 100% Company Paid Health Insurance, 401k with Company Match, Paid Holidays & Vacation, PTO, Company Vehicle, Cell Phone, Tablet, Uniform Required qualifications : Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens 3+ years of HVAC field experience Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School - preferred EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License NATE Certified - preferred experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
