Your Responsibilities Are you eager to rise to that level of service? Are you excited by the thought of helping a truly remarkable company rise to the next level of success? Our ideal candidate will have: Excellent phone presence!!! This is not telemarketing - we service clients nationwide, and spend a lot of time on the phone handling everything from new inquiries to follow ups, equipment tickets, and gathering vital client feedback. Basic administrative experience Positive professional attitude! Can we "hear" your smile? Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Shipping labels Qualifications & Expectations: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service , sales, or other related fields is required Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills UPS labeling systems Google Docs - ticketing systems Proficiency in CRM (Hubspot) KPI's Your Benefits: Design Ergonomics offers a challenging and rewarding working environment where employees are encouraged to develop and grow as professionals.
