While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. Sirens Bar and Grill is family-owned, and the owners live on the property, making them readily available to help when needed. We can't wait to share our little piece of paradise with you! YOUR ROLE AS A BARTENDER As a Bartender, you play a vital role in the operations of our restaurant. Many times, our customers simply stop by for a drink or two, and you elevate their experience to the next level with your exceptional mixology skills. Attentive to detail, you take note of each customer's unique preferences so that you can recommend the perfect drink to suit their tastes. You upsell drinks with infectious energy and make our customers feel seen and heard. As part of your duties, you collaborate on menu development, creatively designing drinks with attention to the types of beverages our customers enjoy. In addition, you prep the bar each day and keep it clean and tidy throughout your shift. A people person, you love what you do and take pride in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers! WHAT WE NEED IN A BARTENDER 1+ years of bartending experience Extensive knowledge about liquors, beers, and other beverages 18 years old or older Are you attentive to detail? Do you enjoy people?
