The ideal candidate will be a team player, with an eye for detail, great customer service skills, who is comfortable working in a time-sensitive, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. It will be someone who is experienced in: HR Compliance Employee benefits Wage and hour laws in multiple states Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Ability to identify and resolve problems Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely, both verbally and in writing Ability to research HR laws, trends, and issues nationwide Functional understanding of HR Compliance, wage and hour laws, and employee benefits Full Time: 8am - 5pm On-site in Tempe Arizona Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates.
