Our award-wining work, unsurpassed customer service and premium install department distinguishes us from other builders and cabinet makers. Essential Duties Clean shop area Disposal of trash and recyclables in shop area Participate in housekeeping projects in shop and office areas Assist with lifting and moving of heavy items - up to 50lbs multiple times per day Assist with equipment maintenance Assist in Sanding Department as needed Assist in Finishing Department as needed - prep cabinetry for painting - taping off and moving cabinetry Ability to work well with others in a team environment Ability to work under time constraints effectively Be detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Skills and Experience Basic hand tool skills Attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Hardworking, punctual and reliable Ability to understand Spanish is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty.
