Job Summary: We are looking for someone with exceptional organization and communication skills to stock the sales floor and fill the online/phone orders at our premier Cannabis dispensary in Sebring, Florida which will be opening this April 2023. The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail and will be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and ensure all the bins and products are well stocked on the floor, as well as filling patients orders accurately. Requirements: High school or equivalent (Required) Must be at least age 21. Must successfully pass criminal background check. One to two years demonstrated work experience in customer service and/or sales, in a fast paced, demanding retail environment. Positive attitude in high volume sales settings. Success working closely with many different personality types. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to speak and work proactively with customers and staff. Organized and flexible, with a team-player mindset. Attention to detail. Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, crouch in order to access product Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening Responsibilities To work quickly and efficiently to stock products from the vault to our sales floor in the dispensary. Ensure there is a wide variety of products on the sales floor and that each bin is fully stocked. This includes ensuring a variety of each strain for each type of product we carry is available in every bin for our sales staff. Check the daily deal bins and make sure they are well stocked on the floor throughout the day until a product is sold out. Communicate with Management if any products are running low or out. Responsible for filling incoming online/phone orders and preparing them for pick-up. Monitor and efficiently navigate through all ordering platforms, as well as take phone orders. Need to communicate with patients over the phone and in person effectively while all while using exceptional customer service. Online Order Expos need to work quickly and efficiently, ensuring complete accuracy on each order. Ensure that the patient has been notified that their order is ready before placing it with the other completed orders. Double and triple checking all orders that have been accurately prepared. Prioritizing orders in the order they are received, ensuring older tickets are completed in a prompt manner. Operate POS to determine quantity levels of products in store. Ability to perform additional tasks as necessary and directed by management.
