BATTAGLIA INDUSTRIES has an exciting opportunity for Fire Alarm Service Technicians and Installers . Our Team installs and services fire alarms and low-voltage systems in the Chicago metropolitan area. The successful technician will be dependable and capable of performing inspections, servicing, and maintaining various types of fire detection, fire alarm, and other similar low voltage systems, as well as installing new Fire Alarm systems. As a field representative, the Service Technician is responsible for a thorough understanding of applicable codes and how they pertain to the proper operation of commercial life/safety systems. In addition, they will also be the liaison between Our Team and the customer, responsible for providing customer care that exceeds the customer's expectations and meets the company standards of performance and professionalism .
