We are currently looking for an Automotive Service Coordinator to be the point person for our brand-new mobile service program. If we've got your attention, please read on! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE COORDINATOR This full-time customer service position typically works from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday . As our Automotive Service Coordinator, you're at the forefront of our newly-launched mobile service program, acting as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You're responsible for coordinating appointments, assessing customer needs, and ensuring that our technicians have everything they need to get the job done right. Not only do you work closely with our parts department to ensure that we always have the necessary supplies, but you also follow up with clients to make sure they are thrilled with our work. Additionally, you're responsible for identifying new business opportunities to expand our mobile service offerings and providing support at the service desk during busy periods. As an integral member of our team, your satisfaction comes from taking ownership of this exciting new program and collaborating with an incredible group of professionals who share your passion for excellence!
