QCR Holdings has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team! The Business Systems Analyst - Core Systems will be responsible for the centralized coordination of core Jack Henry solutions and services including Core Director and Core Director Teller. This individual will work closely with Jack Henry to ensure timely response to reported cases and incidents related to core systems. This individual will be responsible for the administration of our core systems such that these tools are applied appropriately and consistently to business processes throughout the organization wherever possible. This position will support and educate employees about the functionality and use of these tools in their day-to-day activities. Ideal candidates will have a b achelor's degree in computer science, business, or other related field preferred; associate degree required with 3-5 years' experience with data analytics, document management, and or core banking systems. Understands software requirements and technical software documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to exceeding customers' expectations. Self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal direction. Strong sense of urgency to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Understanding of and commitment to the organization's goals and objectives. Knowledge of and adherence to standard operating procedures as well as compliance with regulatory requirements. is a relationship-driven organization and a multi-bank company, which services the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo/Cedar Valley, Des Moines/Ankeny, and Springfield, Missouri communities through its wholly owned subsidiary banks, and also engages in commercial leasing through its wholly owned subsidiary, m2 Equipment Finance, LLC based in Milwaukee, WI. Pre-employment credit check, background check and drug screen is required.
