Premier Community Bank has an opening for a Full-Time Service and Support Representative! You will have the opportunity to connect with customers and provide outstanding assistance. If you thrive on helping others and enjoy working on a team, this position is for you! This position will train at our headquarters in Marion, WI, but will have the opportunity to work out of the Pulaski, Waupaca, or Marion office after training is complete. Responsibilities include: Assist customers by trouble shooting their online banking and debit card needs or concerns via all channels which customers are served Resolves customer service inquiries and issues Provide maintenance to bank customer's accounts Complete various data processing duties Maintains a high level of customer service while exhibiting Premier's core values Required Skills: Strong background in customer service skills Familiarity and comfortability with online and mobile technology is a requirement Strong computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products Banking experience is preferred.
