Full-time, entry-level District Executive for a non-profit in Greeley, CO The executive must be a goal oriented self-starter with effective people skills, and is responsible for Scouting in his or her assigned territory. Essential skills include the ability to build and empower a team, ability to build relationships, salesmanship, time management, and project management. Must be a sales and goal-oriented self-starter with effective people skills, and proven organizational and communication skills. Must enjoy working with volunteers and demonstrate a passion for youth programs. Must be 21 years of age or older unless prohibited by any applicable law. Ability to work varied hours when necessary. Evening activities and weekend work is frequently required to achieve positive objectives; some weeks will require working 50 or more hours. This position is not 9 to 5, and requires flexibility. In turn, your work schedule is flexible. Ability to travel for training at least once a year for one week. Frequent travel in one's assigned territory is required; reimbursement is provided for business miles. Must be able to maintain valid driver s license, Compensation: The District Executive position is an entry-level position. Benefits include major medical, prescription coverage, dental, vision, life-insurance, long-term disability, accidental death, 403(b) with matching retirement plan.. Compensation for approved business-related expenses is provided, including phone and mileage reimbursement. The council offers paid time off (24 days annually for new hires) and 11 paid holidays.
