Imagine the benefit of working with a team of professionals that share your passion for success.We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Safety Consultant working out of the King of Prussia, PA area and servicing clients.The Senior Safety Consultant provides clients with strategic safety leadership for the purpose of establishing a culture of safety. The Senior Safety Consultant designs, develops and implements safety programs, training, policies and procedures as well as tracks performance and implements preventative measures to reduce client risk and promote the safety of its employees.Candidates will also need to have a passion for customer service and creating an experience that fosters continued engagement. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:Service a variety of clients across multiple industries that are complex and demandingManage multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverablesFacilitate monthly safety committee meetings of clientsComplete job site and facility inspections and reportsProvide employee training and development on a variety of safety topicsDesign safety policies and programs, make revisions and oversee hands-on implementationDevelop of company specific JSAs or HSAsAssist clients with OSHA or other industry-specific regulatory compliance Maintain client files for auditing purposesEvaluate client progress, suggesting program modifications as necessaryDevelop long-term strategic plan of action based on loss potential, loss history, hazard identification, program needs, etc.Coordinate activities between other departments on certain issues or injuriesSuccessful candidates will also possess the following skills & abilities:OSHA General Industry and/or construction standardsWorkers' compensation insuranceRoot Cause Analysis accident investigationsStrong Interpersonal skillsExceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skillsOrganizational and time management skillsProblem solving and analytical skillsTraining and presentation skillsAbility to be flexible and adapt to the dynamic nature of the positionAbility to foster and build relationshipsAbility to be persuasiveSuccessful candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in safety sciences or a related field and will have at least 7 years of relevant safety experience across multiple industries.
